3-Day Right of Exchange
At System Solution, we value your satisfaction. If you change your mind after making a purchase or realize you've ordered the wrong item, we offer a 3-day exchange policy for your peace of mind.
To exchange a product, please ensure:
- The goods are sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You have a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days prior to your exchange request.
If the product does not meet these conditions, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
In the case that there isn’t a suitable replacement product, you will be offered a store credit or a gift card equal to the value of your purchase. Please note that items purchased on finance plans cannot be exchanged for gift cards.
Hassle-Free Warranty Service
If your product experiences a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you can:
- Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service (many manufacturers provide excellent support, including free pickup and sometimes onsite repair).
- Return the product to one of System Solution’s service centers, along with proof of purchase.
If the product was directly imported by System Solution, please contact us or visit one of our service centers with your proof of purchase for assistance.
If your product develops a fault outside of the warranty period, don’t worry! We offer a full repair service and are an authorized repair agent for leading brands such as Samsung, HP, Toshiba, Lenovo, and more.
